Bedroom in shared house, female preferred

Looking for a mature female to share a house with 2 other women. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite has it's own bathroom and that is not a shared bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, so you would share a bathroom... with another girl. The bedroom is not furnished but the rest of the house is. The bedroom has a walk in closet and there's space in cabinets in the kitchen for food, but no dishes are needed. On street parking but there is usually space available, previous renters have not had trouble parking. The girls that live there keep the house clean and it's quiet. If you like to have parties, this is not a good place for you. No smoking, vaping or candles. There is a cat that lives there but no other pets are allowed. Overnight guests are not allowed. The room is available starting May 1 until Jan. This is perfect for students graduating winter semester 2026 or students that have a study abroad spring semester 2027! The house is newer and cute! Rent is $525 and includes utilities.
