University House 1b Available in a 2b 2b move in available right now!

This is an excellent lease at University House and the only reason I am looking for a replacement is because I am studying abroad. My friend who is currently living there is super clean, respectful and sweet. She is quiet and hardly at the apartment... because she is an engineer (on campus) most times and has a job. I am giving a huge discount because its finding a replacement or simply paying it all. There is an option to resign on the lease if you like the place and room simply because we have another roomate moving in so we are upgrading but we love UH. If you have any questions or would like to look inside the place please contact me via text or email, happy to tell my roomate to let you tour. Lease would begin ASAP - Mid July and you can choose resign like I said. The apartment is truly a great place, convient location, close to club house, Razorbus, stores, and the best part on the first floor so you don't have to walk up any long stairs but you still have an outdoor balcony space. You have plenty of room to make the place all yours since I have all my stuff out and it was left simple.
