The layout of the townhouse is great
Main floor has living room, kitchen, and 1/2 bathroom
Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom & large closet
Washer and dryer are on the second floor along with a large closet
This layout is great for 2 reasons:
1) the first floor is the area for hanging out, relaxing, cooking, eating, entertaining, while the second floor is has the en-suite bedrooms.
2) the half bathroom is on the main floor for guests to use, so your friends don't have to go into your bedroom to use your bathroom (which is the common design of apartments in Fayetteville)

The townhouse is not part of a huge complex of apartments so there is more privacy, and it feels like a home rather than a complex full of students.

The bedroom for rent is furnished.
