Hello! I need someone to take over my lease, preferably starting in May (I can be flexible on the date). The lease will end on July 28th. The apartment is part of a complex called Hill Place Apartments. It is really safe and also has a gym, a... swimming pool, a fire pit, and a study area.The apartment is located next to Martin Luther King Road and has a gas station and a Walmart right next to it. The rent price includes a furnished apartment with gas, water, and Wi-FI.
